Week 8

Hey All,

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend. I had a fun weekend that included, BBQ, backyard baseball, and a rousing game of Wits and Wagers. Let's take a look at the Longball League.

The Invisible Hands have taken over first place by a mere three points over the Thunder Mountain Lightning. Meanwhile, Mo's Mollusks are holding firm in third place with the Tax Dodgers not too far behind. Meanwhile, the bad roster move of the week goes to the San Pedro Sea Monkeys who pulled the trigger on Kendry Morales only to lose him a day later on a walk-off home run celebration. "Wow, what a week I'm having," said the Commissioner.

Trivia and Baseball Card of the Week: The honor goes to the Phillies' Roy Halladay who threw baseball's 20th perfect game v. the Marlins last week. Way to go, Roy. Here we see Roy pictured on his 2010 Topps Opening Day card.
