This Week's Cool Baseball Stuff: Random thoughts from this past week where I watched two major league games, a little league game, and two independent league games....
1. Even though I watched my Angels get swept in Oakland, I got a cool Catfish Hunter Bobblehead out of the deal.
2. The Prime Rib Beef Dip in the restaurant at the Oakland Coliseum is really really good.
3. It was great watching my friend's son win a little league championship.
4. Small town, independent league games are fun to watch. It is a good time for a little dough.
5. The best player on the Marysville Gold Sox is shortstop Mike Frantz. If he ever makes it to the big leagues, remember the commissioner told you about him first.
